Vendor Terms & Conditions
 
By reserving a vendor space at AprilRose’s Tea Brunch: The Word. The Walk. The Wear., you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. Vendor Fee & Payment
•Vendor fee: $75 per table.
•Payment must be made in full to secure your space. No space will be held without payment.
•All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
 
2. Space & Setup
•Each vendor will receive one (1) table and two (2) chairs.
•Vendors may bring table coverings, signage, and displays, but they must fit within the assigned space.
•Setup time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM on the day of the event. All vendors must be ready by 10:45 AM.
•Breakdown begins after 3:00 PM. Early breakdown is not permitted.
 
3. Products & Sales
•Vendors are responsible for providing their own products, supplies, and payment systems.
•Only approved items may be sold. The organizer reserves the right to decline items that are inappropriate, unsafe, or conflict with the event’s purpose.
•Vendors are encouraged to contribute a sample, coupon, or promotional item to the 200 guest swag bags (optional but recommended).
 
4. Liability & Responsibility
•Vendors are solely responsible for their property, inventory, and sales. The organizer and venue are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
•Vendors must comply with all state and local laws, including tax collection and business licensing.
 
5. Marketing & Promotion
•Vendors will be listed on the event website and social media promotions when payment is confirmed.
•Vendors are encouraged to promote the event through their own platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
 
6. Conduct & Professionalism
•Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
•Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
